BD Homes is a property investment business that needed a faster, leaner way to onboard and convert new leads. Their manual process created bottlenecks, wasted hours weekly, and limited their ability to scale.

I designed and implemented a full CRM-backed automation funnel, reducing onboarding friction, improving lead response times, and freeing up the founder’s time to focus on sales and delivery.

  • Form Logic & Data Routing: Created smart forms that auto-tagged, routed, and triggered actions without human input
  • Dashboards: Setup a live Airtable CRM dashboard with lead stages, next actions, and performance tracking

Reflection

This project is a prime example of my ability to turn complexity into repeatable, human-less systems.

Most growth consultants focus on tools. I focus on outcomes — and design systems that anyone can manage once the engine is in place.

If scaled across similar real estate businesses, this system could reduce sales friction across an entire portfolio of agents.
