BD Homes is a property investment business that needed a faster, leaner way to onboard and convert new leads. Their manual process created bottlenecks, wasted hours weekly, and limited their ability to scale.
I designed and implemented a full CRM-backed automation funnel, reducing onboarding friction, improving lead response times, and freeing up the founder’s time to focus on sales and delivery.

Reflection
